All items are delivered to door we are not at liberty to take up stairs and in the case of flats orders will be delivered to ground floor unless agreed with us previously please advise if you do live in a flat on your order.

Fitting services on beds will be taken to room and assembled.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item fits through any doorways. please check your measurements.

It is your responsibility to ensure the items will fit into your property and up to the stairs to the location for fitting. We will always advice of the size of the items to ensure you measure correctly.
If we arrive on site and find the item does not fit, we reserve the right to leave the item on site.
If you have paid for assembly and the product will not fit up the stairs, we reserve the right to NOT refund the fitting charge as our crew have already attended site.
If the item needs to be remade due to it not fitting, this will be chargeable.

Current lead times to Spain and Portugal are around 6 to 8 weeks.

Deliveries are handled by a third party delivery company who work between the hours of Monday to Saturday 7am until 9pm.

Generally our delivery company will contact you directly to arrange your delivery, once the item has arrived at their depot.

It is vital we are made aware of any access issues, and access areas must be completely cleared prior to delivery.

Please note our items are made bespoke, so we can not take back if an item doesn’t fit, we may in some circumstances be able to offer an amendment service, this will however be chargeable. Please contact us straight away to arrange.

In the event your item arrives damaged, please reject the item or make contact with HOB furniture immediately.

In the event the delivery company break or cause any damage to your home or items in your home then please ensure the delivery drivers are aware of these issues, ask them to take pictures and please also take pictures then ensure you contact us HOB furniture within 24 hour period, for any reason contact is not made within the time period, then our delivery company may reject any responsibility.

Please note HOB furniture are not held liable for any damage or breakages caused in anyone’s property, we are only responsible for rectifying, or replacing any item of furniture purchased from HOB furniture.

In the event damage has been caused to your home and has been reported to HOB furniture, this will be passed on to the delivery company who will contact you directly to assess and resolve the situation with yourself.

It is vital that the drivers are notified at the time of the incident.
